Brittany & Daniel
Of all the couples whose weddings we’ve been lucky enough to photograph, Brittany and Daniel have one of the cutest how-we-met stories.
These lovebirds were introduced on a blind date in Northport River and, to their mutual surprise, hit it off immediately. From their deep commitment to their families to their hobbies and weekend activities, the two discovered how much they had in common — even including the realization that the groom’s father once coached little league with the bride’s uncle!
It seemed like a match meant to be, and it didn’t take long before Brittany and Daniel knew that they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together.
Their wedding day was as picture-perfect as their love story. Brittany, in a ballgown wedding dress that looked straight from a fairy tale, was practically glowing all day long; and Daniel — dapper as an Old Hollywood movie star — looked as though he still couldn’t believe how lucky he was.
After a stunningly beautiful church ceremony, they escaped for a just-the-two-of-us glass of champagne in the limo and a few playful, pretty photos at the marina. Then it was off to the East Wind Estate, an elegant Long Island manor that perfectly continued the fairy-tale feel of the day. There were beautiful grounds to stroll, cascades of pink roses, toasts that brought tears to everyone’s eyes, and a dance floor that was never empty as they celebrated into the night with the people they loved most.
